MOAMOA65 JAPAN ships authentic Japanese products worldwide from Japan. Because every shipment crosses an international border, please read this page carefully before placing an order. By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.
1. Duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the buyer
Our prices do not include import duties, consumption or value-added tax, customs brokerage charges, or any other fee charged by the destination country. These are set by your government, not by us, and are collected from you directly by the carrier or customs authority — usually before delivery.
We cannot calculate or estimate these charges in advance, as they differ by country, product category and order value. Please check your own country's import rules before ordering.
2. Orders are for personal use only
All items are sold for the buyer's own personal use. They are not sold for resale, commercial distribution, or re-export. If you intend to import goods for resale, your country will normally require separate import licences or product registrations that this store does not provide.
3. Quantity limits
Most countries allow only a limited quantity per person per shipment for personal-use imports, particularly for cosmetics, quasi-drugs, supplements and food. Orders that exceed your country's personal-use allowance may be held, taxed as a commercial import, or refused at customs.
If we believe an order is likely to be stopped for this reason, we may contact you to reduce the quantity or split the shipment, or cancel and refund the order before dispatch.
4. Quasi-drugs, cosmetics, supplements and food
Some of our products are classified in Japan as quasi-drugs (医薬部外品) or as cosmetics, supplements or food. Rules on importing these items differ greatly from country to country, and some ingredients permitted in Japan are restricted or prohibited elsewhere.
It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that the items ordered may lawfully be imported into their own country. Product descriptions on this store state ingredients and contents as labelled in Japan; they are not medical advice and do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
5. If a shipment is refused or returned by customs
If a parcel is held, seized, destroyed or returned because of the destination country's import rules, or because the buyer does not pay the duties and taxes due, the following applies:
- The outbound shipping cost is not refundable.
- Any return shipping cost, storage charge or handling fee billed to us by the carrier is charged to the buyer, and may be deducted from any refund.
- If the goods are physically returned to us in resalable condition, we refund the price of the goods, less the costs above.
- If the goods are seized or destroyed by customs and not returned to us, no refund of the goods can be made.
We recommend confirming your country's rules before ordering. In our experience, refused parcels are almost always avoidable.
6. Address, contact details and undeliverable parcels
Please enter your address, telephone number and, where your country requires one for imports, your personal customs clearance number exactly as registered. Parcels returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address are treated in the same way as section 5.
7. Customs declarations
We declare the actual contents and the actual price paid on every customs form, as required by Japanese export law and international postal rules. We cannot mark an order as a gift, declare a lower value, or omit items.
8. Delivery times
Shipping times shown at checkout are carrier transit estimates and do not include time spent in customs, which is outside our control and can add several days or more.
