MOAMOA65 JAPAN ships from Osaka, Japan to customers worldwide.

Where we ship

Worldwide, via Japan Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and parcel weight.

Processing and delivery time

  • In-stock items (Same-day dispatch): orders placed by 12:00 noon Japan time are handed to Japan Post the same day, including weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 are dispatched the next day.

    Other items are purchased in Japan after your order and dispatched from Osaka within 3–4 business days.

  • EMS: approximately 4–7 days total to Korea; longer to other regions.
  • Japan Post air parcel: approximately 7–10 days to Korea; longer to other regions.
  • All times are carrier estimates and exclude time spent in customs, which we cannot control.

Duties, taxes and customs

Prices at checkout do not include import duties, customs fees, VAT or other charges imposed by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are collected directly by the carrier or customs authority.

De minimis thresholds vary by country. Korea, for example, generally exempts personal-use imports valued under USD 150, but this differs elsewhere and is subject to change. Please check your own country's current rules before ordering.

Personal customs clearance number

Some countries require a personal customs clearance number for imports — Korea, for example, requires a personal customs code. Please enter it accurately at checkout. Parcels delayed or returned because of a missing or incorrect number, or a mismatch with the recipient's name, are handled at the buyer's cost.

Restricted and refused items

Quasi-drugs, cosmetics, supplements and food are subject to different import rules in every country, and quantity limits usually apply to personal-use imports. If a parcel is held, refused, destroyed or returned by customs, our returned-shipment terms apply.
