📦 일본 직발송 배송 방법 및 요금 안내 (한국)

MOAMOA65 JAPAN의 모든 상품은 일본에서 한국으로 직접 발송됩니다. 아래 내용을 확인하시고 주문해 주세요.

Q1. 주문한 상품은 어떤 방법으로 배송되나요?

고객님의 상품은 일본 우체국(Japan Post)을 통해 한국으로 직발송됩니다. 결제 단계에서 두 가지 배송 방식 중 선택하실 수 있습니다.

• 일반 EMS (국제특송) — 가장 빠르고 안전하며, 우체국 직원이 대면 전달해 드립니다. 최대 30kg까지 가능합니다.
• 국제 에어파켓 (소형포장물) — 2kg 이하의 가벼운 상품을 알뜰하게 받아보실 수 있는 경제적인 배송입니다. 수령인 댁의 우편함에 투입됩니다.

📦 재사용 상자로 보내드립니다

MOAMOA65 JAPAN은 쓰레기를 줄이기 위해 일본에서 나온 깨끗한 상자(라면·과자 상자 등)를 재사용해 포장합니다. 상자 겉면의 인쇄는 주문하신 상품과 다를 수 있지만, 안의 상품은 주문 내용 그대로입니다. 상품은 완충재로 단단히 고정해 보내드립니다.

Q2. 500g 이하의 가벼운 상품은 어떤 걸 고르는 게 유리한가요?

500g 이하라면 일반 EMS를 추천합니다.

• 500g 기준으로 EMS(1,450엔)와 에어파켓(1,120엔)의 요금 차이는 330엔에 불과합니다.
• 330엔 차이로 대면 배달과 최대 2만 엔까지의 손해배상(보험) 혜택을 함께 받으실 수 있습니다.
• 다만 100~200g처럼 아주 가벼운 상품은 에어파켓이 720~820엔으로 훨씬 저렴합니다.

Q3. 1kg ~ 2kg 구간에서는 어떤 차이가 나나요?

무게가 늘어날수록 가격 차이가 벌어져 에어파켓의 가성비가 좋아집니다.

• 1.0kg 기준 — EMS 2,200엔 / 에어파켓 1,620엔 (580엔 차이)
• 2.0kg 기준 — EMS 3,400엔 / 에어파켓 2,620엔 (780엔 차이)

단가가 낮고 파손 위험이 적은 상품이라면 국제 에어파켓으로 배송비를 아끼실 수 있습니다. 다만 에어파켓은 2kg을 초과하면 이용할 수 없으며, 2kg 초과부터는 EMS만 적용됩니다.

Q4. 배송 조회(트래킹)와 보상은 어떻게 되나요?

• 배송 추적 — 두 방식 모두 배송 추적이 가능합니다. (국제 에어파켓에는 국제특정기록이 포함되어 있습니다.)
• 일반 EMS의 손해배상 — 분실·파손 시 우체국 규정에 따라 최대 2만 엔까지 실손해 보상이 적용됩니다.
• 국제 에어파켓의 손해배상 — 비용이 저렴한 대신 분실·파손 시 보상이 적용되지 않습니다(0엔). 단가가 높거나 소중한 상품은 반드시 일반 EMS를 선택해 주세요.

Q5. 2kg이 넘는 상품이나 대량 구매는 어떻게 되나요?

국제 에어파켓은 최대 2kg까지만 허용되는 소형 전용 서비스이므로, 2kg을 초과하는 주문은 모두 일반 EMS로 발송됩니다. EMS는 최대 30kg까지 가능하며, 30kg를 초과하는 경우 고객센터로 문의해 주시면 안내해 드립니다.

Q6. 개인통관고유부호란 무엇인가요? (한국 배송 필수)

Q7. 관세도 내야 하나요?

• 일본에서 오는 물건은 물품가격 150달러 이하면 관세·부가세가 면제됩니다. (본인이 쓰는 물건일 때. 한국행 국제 배송비는 이 금액에 넣지 않습니다.)
• 150달러를 1달러라도 넘으면 넘은 부분이 아니라 전체 금액에 관세·부가세가 붙습니다.
• 다른 날 주문한 물건은 같은 날 도착해도 합쳐서 계산하지 않습니다. 단, 같은 날 나눠서 결제하면 합쳐서 계산될 수 있습니다.
• 합배송 안내 — 발송 전에 추가로 주문하시면 한 상자로 합배송해 드립니다. 이 경우 한 건으로 통관되므로 합계 금액이 150달러를 넘으면 관세·부가세가 부과될 수 있습니다.
• 영양제 등 건강보조식품은 금액과 별도로 6병까지만 들여올 수 있습니다.
• 정확한 세금은 관세청 콜센터(국번 없이 125)에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

위 요금은 일본우체국 공식 요금(한국=제1지대, 에어파켓은 국제특정기록료 포함) 기준이며, 결제 화면에서 고객님의 결제 통화로 환산되어 표시됩니다.

Shipping to Korea — Rates & FAQ

All MOAMOA65 JAPAN orders ship directly from Japan to Korea. Please review the information below before ordering.

Q1. How is my order shipped?

Your order ships from Japan via Japan Post. Two options are available at checkout:

• EMS (Express Mail Service) — fastest and most secure, hand-delivered by a postal worker. Up to 30 kg.
• International Air Packet (small packet) — an economical option for items 2 kg and under. Delivered into your mailbox; no signature required.

📦 We ship in reused boxes

To cut waste, MOAMOA65 JAPAN packs orders in clean, reused boxes from Japan (instant noodle or snack cartons, for example). The printing on the outside may not match what you ordered, but the contents are exactly your order, secured with cushioning.

Q2. Which is better for light items (under 500 g)?

We recommend EMS. At 500 g the price gap is only ¥330 (EMS ¥1,450 vs Air Packet ¥1,120), and EMS adds hand delivery plus compensation coverage up to ¥20,000. For very light items (100–200 g), Air Packet is much cheaper at ¥720–¥820.

Q3. What about 1–2 kg?

The gap widens, so Air Packet becomes better value:

• 1.0 kg — EMS ¥2,200 / Air Packet ¥1,620 (¥580 difference)
• 2.0 kg — EMS ¥3,400 / Air Packet ¥2,620 (¥780 difference)

For low-value, non-fragile items close to 2 kg, Air Packet saves the most. Air Packet cannot be used above 2 kg; above 2 kg only EMS applies.

Q4. Tracking and compensation

• Tracking — available on both services.
• EMS — covers actual loss up to ¥20,000 under Japan Post rules.
• Air Packet — no compensation (¥0) for loss or damage. Please choose EMS for high-value or irreplaceable items.

Q5. Orders over 2 kg

Air Packet is limited to 2 kg, so anything heavier ships by EMS, up to 30 kg. For shipments over 30 kg, please contact us.

Q6. Personal Customs Clearance Code (required for Korea)

Korean customs requires a Personal Customs Clearance Code for every personal import. Without it, your parcel will be held at customs.

• Format — the letter P followed by 12 digits (13 characters in total), e.g. P123456789012.
• How to get one — apply free of charge at the Korea Customs Service UNI-PASS site with mobile phone identity verification. It takes about five minutes.
• Postcode must match (from 2 February 2026) — customs now checks the recipient's name, phone number, code and delivery postcode against the details registered with Korea Customs. Please make sure your current delivery address is registered.
• Annual renewal (from 2026) — codes now carry a one-year validity period, so an older code may have expired.
• Must belong to the recipient — the name, phone number and postcode must all match the code holder. A family member's code will cause the parcel to be stopped.

Please enter the code in the customs code field at checkout. Any duties or clearance fees charged by Korea Customs are the recipient's responsibility.

Q7. Will I pay Korean import duty?

• Items shipped from Japan are free of Korean duty and VAT when the goods value is US$150 or less (personal use; international shipping to Korea is not counted).
• If the value exceeds US$150, duty and VAT apply to the full amount, not just the excess.
• Orders placed on different days are not combined, even if they arrive on the same day. Separate payments made on the same day may be combined.
• Combined shipping — if you place another order before your first order ships, we will pack them together in one box. A combined box clears customs as a single shipment, so duty and VAT apply if the total exceeds US$150.
• Supplements are limited to 6 bottles per shipment regardless of value.
• For exact amounts, contact the Korea Customs Service call centre (125).
