• Showa Magic Takoyaki Flour: 400g (100g x 4 bags). Crisp outside, creamy inside
• Otafuku Okonomi Sauce: 500g. The standard thick, fruity sauce for okonomiyaki
• Ikari THE Osaka Takoyaki Sauce: 300g. Made by an Osaka sauce maker
• Flour ingredients: Wheat flour (made in Japan), salt, bonito powder and others (okonomiyaki flour also contains yam powder; takoyaki flour contains shrimp powder)
• Sauce ingredients: Vegetables and fruits (tomato, onion, dates / mango and others), sugars, brewed vinegar, salt, spices
