S&B Seasoning Mix is the spice blend series that Japanese home cooks reach for when they want one more dish on the table in a few minutes. Each pack holds two sachets, enough for two servings each: you toss it with a vegetable, or rub it on meat or fish, and the dish is seasoned. No other sauces or measuring needed.
