ZAMST is the sports brand of Nippon Sigmax, a Japanese company that has been making orthopaedic products for medical use for over 45 years. The EK series is its knee range, and EK-3 sits in the middle of it: soft support, thin enough to wear under trousers, with a patented resin stay on each side and a pad around the kneecap.
It is worn for running, hiking, golf, basketball, volleyball and long days on your feet. Left and right are interchangeable, so one unit fits either knee.

Size Guide
Sizes are chosen by thigh circumference measured 10cm above the centre of the kneecap. Measure before ordering — a supporter that is too loose does not work, and one that is too tight is uncomfortable.
