Mildliner is the highlighter that changed what highlighters look like. Instead of the usual fluorescent yellows and greens, Zebra built the range around muted, dusty tones - soft grey, smoke blue, dull pink - that sit quietly on a page instead of shouting off it. That single decision is why the pen became a fixture of journal and planner decorating worldwide.

Why the Muted Colours Matter
Ordinary highlighters are designed to be seen from across a room. Mildliner colours are designed to be looked at. They photograph well, they do not overwhelm handwriting, and layering two shades produces a third rather than a mess. Underlining, colour-coding, borders and shading all work with the same pen.
How to Use
The broad end is for highlighting and blocks of colour; the fine end is for underlining, small text and outlines. Water-based ink will smear over fresh gel or fountain pen ink, so let writing dry first, or highlight before writing.
Storage
Store flat or tip-down and keep caps on. Water-based markers dry out quickly if left uncapped.
