Product Overview
Sarasa Clip is Japan's everyday gel pen - the one that sits in school pencil cases and office drawers by the million. The ink is pigment-based rather than dye-based, which means it does not fade in light and does not run when the page gets wet. The clip is moulded as part of the barrel rather than clipped on, so it does not snap off in a bag.
This is the 20-colour set in the 0.5mm point, the standard Japanese writing width.

Why Pigment Ink
Most coloured gel pens use dye ink, which fades over months and dissolves if a page gets damp. Pigment ink sits on the paper as particles instead of a stain, so notes written years ago still read as written. For anyone keeping a journal or archiving records, this is the practical difference.
